The Interview

The purpose of the initial interview is to screen out obviously unqualified candidates. The interview is to focus on the application insuring that all information is accurate and complete. The candidate is asked general background questions or prior experience and education

    1. Review completed application
    2. Written and verbal skills checked
    3. Conduct complete background check 
  3. Second interview with Employment Supervisor
  4. Pre-employment drug screening
  5. Job offers made
  6. Complete I-9 form
  7. Assign position
  8. Schedule training (Company Handbook and Test: Focus on safety, reporting procedures and general duties performed by a security officer and proper grooming of a security officer)
  9. Assignment to specific site

Our training program for security guards is one of our most important functions because an improperly or inadequately trained guard is a totally-unacceptable individual for us and our customer.

During training, guard-trainees are given instruction by lecture, videos and study materials, then tested in examinations that determine how they would react to stipulated circumstances based upon what they have learned.

New officers are accompanied on their posts in the beginning for important added on-the-job training and monitoring.

Even seasoned guards are periodically provided with update and refresher training courses designed to keep them fully aware of the latest techniques and technologies used in our industry.
